The Japanese Australian Support in Community Incorporated is a non-profit organizationprovide support, resources, and services to enhance the well-being of Japanese individuals and families in Australia. The organization aims to promote cultural understanding, foster a sense of community, and facilitate social integration through educational programs, social events, and advocacy. By bridging Japanese and Australian cultures, it seeks to strengthen connections, support diversity, and contribute to a harmonious multicultural society.

Japanese Australian Support in Community Incorporated
are voluntary organisations that have devoted themselves to maintaining and developing the wonderful relationship we enjoy with Japan. These Societies around Australia have as their members, representatives from all parts of the community. These members include businesses small and large, individuals, families, schools and educational institutions, students and government. If you are not a member of one of our Societies around Australia we would encourage you to join.
Programs
Japanese Australian Support in Community Incorporated might offer:
Elderly Care Support: Providing services for elderly Japanese Australians, such as community activities, health and wellness programs, and home support for isolated or vulnerable individuals.
Language Exchange Programs: Facilitating Japanese-Australian language and cultural exchange through classes, conversation groups, and language workshops for both adults and children.
Cultural Events and Festivals: Organizing community events that celebrate Japanese culture, including traditional festivals, food fairs, art exhibitions, and performances to enhance cultural awareness and appreciation.
Settlement Assistance: Offering support to newly arrived Japanese migrants, including guidance on navigating Australia’s social, legal, and educational systems, as well as help with employment and housing.
